Outpatient Drug Rehab

Individuals will have widely varying needs when it comes to their addiction treatment. This is why Bayview Recovery offers multiple levels of care; we want to help as many people as we can achieve their goal of sobriety. While inpatient drug and alcohol rehab provides individuals with the broadest and most comprehensive treatment resources available to treat their substance abuse, the demands of your job or family may preclude you from having inpatient treatment.

For those individuals, outpatient treatment gives you a way to enjoy all the advantages of an inpatient recovery program while making it much easier for you to receive the care you need. In an outpatient recovery program, you won’t have to stay at your treatment facility 24/7 as you would in an inpatient program, and many individuals have successfully overcome their drug and alcohol abuse problems solely through an outpatient program. It can be the most effective option for some individuals because it ensures that they will complete the program.

What is outpatient rehab?

During inpatient treatment, an individual will stay at Bayview Recovery’s facilities 24/7 throughout their recovery program, which may include medically-assisted detox, individual or group therapy, counseling or 12-step. A typical recovery program may last 90 days or more. However, individuals who can’t stay on campus 24/7 can still receive all of Bayview Recovery’s treatment options but retain the ability to go home each night with outpatient treatment. Your course of treatment and your instructors will remain the same regardless of whether you stay at our facility or choose to return home, thus ensuring you will receive the same benefits whichever level of care you select.

Outpatient treatment at Bayview Recovery will also still include a personalized course of treatment based on our detailed intake process which takes into account your personality, substance, pattern of abuse and any co-occurring disorders which may also have contributed to your addiction. If Bayview Recovery finds that you may benefit from more comprehensive treatment based on the severity of your addiction, we may recommend an intensive-outpatient program (IOP) or partial-hospitalization program (PHP) to meet your recovery needs. Bayview Recovery will ensure you have the best chance of recovery whichever level of treatment you choose.
