Jeremiah Dunlap, CDP

Director of Operations

Jeremiah Dunlap is the Director of Operations at Bayview Recovery Center. He is a Father, Avid Seattle Seahawks fan and has built strong roots in the Recovery Community in the Pacific Northwest.  Jeremiah entered the field of addiction recovery in 2006 and truly believes in a holistic approach to addiction recovery. After overcoming a long strenuous battle with addiction himself, he found a passion for helping others and entered the field as a counselor. He has an extensive background in Substance Abuse Treatment, Leadership, Quality Assurance, Program Management and Client Care. Jeremiah oversees the Residential Program and works vigorously with the Medical and Clinical Departments to ensure successful operation of the programs offered at Bayview Recovery. He has focused his education on Human Services and Psychology and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, SMART Recovery Facilitation. Moral Reconation Therapy, ADIS, ACES, T4C and Clinical Supervision. He has experience as a Therapist, Jail Re-entry Program Director, Family Liaison, Clinical Director, Quality Assurance Manager, Human Resources Manager and Housing Program Director. Jeremiah believes that no matter how rough a person’s situation is, there is always hope for personal growth and overcoming life’s obstacles. He believes motivation, dedication and support is the key to successfully living a life of recovery.

Pashia Braunesreither

Office Manager

Pashia Braunesreither is the Office Manager at Bayview Recovery. She has over 10 years of administration experience and background in medical billing. She has been working in the recovery field for two years and appreciates working in an environment focused on helping people. In her free time Pashia enjoys spending time with her family.

John “Trent” Gray,  MA, CDP, LMHCA, MHP, CCTP

Primary Therapist

Trent Gray earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University Seattle. He is a Washington State Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional  and Mental Health Counselor Associate. He is a Washington State DBHR Certified Mental Health Professional and International Association of Trauma Professionals Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Before Moving to Washington and the Tacoma area, Trent live in Europe where he had a long career in the performing arts. Trent joined the clinical staff as a primary therapist in September.

Amber Rice

Medical Coordinator

Amber Rice came to Bayview as a recent graduate from The University of Washington with a Bachelor’s in criminal justice with former education in Biology and Biomedical sciences. Amber’s previous experience ranges in both the medical and dental fields. Prior to Bayview Amber worked in community  based and system-based advocacy for victims of Human Trafficking and Sexual Assault, as a crisis intervention advocate. Amber has performed through her volunteer work in a variety of departments based on advocating for the vulnerable populations. Amber is ex cite to join the Bayview Recovery staff and help others towards Health and Wellness and overall to rebuild self-esteem, hope and have a sense of equity and inclusion. Amber is an active member in her community through civic/community engagement in Tacoma, Wa. and welcomes each client to Bayview.

Angela Frye, LMHCA, CDP

Clinical Director

Angela has been in the field of drug abuse treatment and prevention since 2002.  She obtained her chemical dependency professional license in 2004 and most recently a Master’s of Science in Addiction Counseling in 2016.  She has an extensive background working in a variety of treatment modalities in both out-patient and in-patient settings. Angela also has previous experience in the mental health field to include crisis stabilization and reintegration serving the greater Seattle area.  In the past seven years, Angela has held a variety of leadership roles cultivating her teams in the treatment needs of an ever-growing population of people experiencing drug and alcohol use disorders as well as behavioral addictions. She takes great pride in not only mentorship but also serving the local community of Tacoma to improve the lives of those and their families affected by chemical dependency and mental health disorders.

Robin Sehmel, CDP

Case Manager

Robin Sehmel was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  She graduated from Tacoma Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and Chemical Dependency Degree. She is currently enrolled at Brandman University working on her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Robin has worked in the Chemical Dependency field since 2012. She has been clean and sober since June 25, 2010. Robin is passionate about assisting others in overcoming life’s obstacles with addiction and helping them restore their lives. She actively  volunteers in her community and believes that by paying forward the gift of restoration is the secret to success.
